Welcome Jon Randall

We are very pleased to announce that Jon Randall, CMC® as a new Senior Vice President with our firm.

Jon Randall is a Certified Master Coach®, which is one of the most valued coaching designations recognized by the international business community. He owns a franchise of Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., which he started in New York in 2000 and moved to North Carolina in 2004. Jon is often a featured national speaker at conferences and events throughout the financial industry. He is a television and radio personality and host of the weekly series The Jon Randall Show.

Jon has been a transformation guide with Dynamic Directions since 2007, where he helps top financial advisors across the country double their production in three years or less with half the clients.  In 2011, Jon published his first book “Attract More Clients, Better Clients” which is currently available. 

The music industry gave Jon a fast start in life and introduced him to the excitement of performing and fulfillment of helping people achieve their dreams. He played drums and percussion while touring the country at a young age, performing in numerous venues, including Carnegie Hall at Lincoln Center, in New York City, and the Hollywood Bowl, in Los Angeles. Jon received his business degree in finance from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst (during the good basketball years!).

All this expertise with professionals and entrepreneurs will be broadened through Think2Perform as Jon will work closer with organizations, businesses and executives.

Most important to Jon, he has been married to Kathleen for eleven years.  They have two sons, James (seven) and William (three), and reside near Greenville, North Carolina. Jon enjoys great food and wine, many sports and travelling with family.
