Donna Schumell, Chief Innovation Officer and SVP of Think2Perform, has spent 25 years helping individuals, teams and organizations realize their full potential, improving both productivity and performance. Her ability to simply communicate sophisticated tax and investment strategies has impacted both advisors and their wealthy clients in 48 states and 13 countries. Donna’s extensive teaching, coaching and facilitation experience in sales, sales management, and estate planning has improved how advisors serve their clients, how intergenerational family members influence each other, and how leaders bring out the best in their followers.
Recognizing that technical competence alone is insufficient for exceptional leadership, Donna joined Think2Perform in order to offer clients emotional, moral and behavioral competence in addition to technical skill development. Her popular FRESH Intentional Wealth program equips women to personally prioritize the five elements of wealth harmonizing their values, beliefs and behaviors so they can lead intentionally wealthy lives with more joy, peace, and fulfillment. For select families and individuals, she facilitates Family Wealth Counseling, a process designed to clarify values in order to align execution of personal and financial plans. Donna shares her expertise by serving as an advisor to numerous foundations and endowment boards, as well as business owners. She writes frequently for professional publications and is a sought-after speaker known to educate, motivate, and entertain her audiences. Donna and her husband Bill live in the booming metropolis of North Lake, Wisconsin. They have one cherished son, Josh. Donna is a voracious reader and a breast cancer survivor. She loves family, food and football, and frequently enjoys all three at the same time.
