Jim Choat, a co-founder of Think2Perform in 2001, believes that improving your business and your bottom line is a direct result of increased focus on personal and business development for executives and corporations. He uses his 30-plus years of experience and success in the highly-competitive financial services industry as his foundation.

After receiving his BBA from The Ohio State University, Jim launched his career in the financial services industry in sales, moving into leadership positions quickly and then as a member of the Board of Directors and CEO of American Enterprise Life Insurance Company, formerly, a wholly owned subsidiary of American Express Co. During Jim’s tenure as a member of that company’s executive team, American Express built one of the fastest growing and most successful organizations in the country.

At Think2Perform, he continues to work with businesses and their executives to achieve better results while exceeding their personal business goals.
