Prior to joining Think2Perform, Judy was a Vice President in Human Resources and an Officer of American Express Financial Advisors, where she led many critical change initiatives, including: the first national sales training program; opening the first American Express Career Development Center in Minneapolis; leading the development of the American Express Financial Advisors talent assessment process; and creating a robust Six Sigma and process management structure for AEFA Client Services.
Judy is a member of the Human Resource Planning Society and the Society for Human Resource Management. She also serves as a cross company mentor for high potential women.
